There are many lands associated with the Mushroom Kingdom and thus the greater Mushroom World in alphabetical order. Mario Golf: Super Rush Review - Leisurely Chaos The Mushroom World also consists of the many areas and levels from Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars starting from Mario's house. Mario appears to be able to breathe normally despite the lack of oxygen in this game, though in others he cannot. Mushroom World is orbited by a vast chain of small planetoids, as seen in Super Mario Galaxy. It is sensible to assume that they are, because several characters appear in the Mario franchise. It is however, harder to determine if locations in the Donkey Kong franchise, such as Donkey Kong Island or Crocodile Isle, or in the WarioWare series, particularly Diamond City, are located on Mushroom World. Other lands that are associated with the Mushroom Kingdom also exist on Mushroom World, such as the Beanbean Kingdom, Sarasaland, Dinosaur Land, and Yoshi's Island. In the three DIC Entertainment cartoons, there are many lands located in the Mushroom World that so far have not appeared in any game, such as Dome City, several dark forests, and the Mushroom Sea. The manual notes "The Mushroom Kingdom forms an entrance to the Mushroom World". 3 are all kingdoms, or "countries" as stated by Iggy Koopa in the manual, and each are ruled by a separate king. The Mushroom Kingdom, Star Haven, as well as all the lands are featured in Super Mario Bros. 3 being described as countries in the instruction booklet Mushroom World is the name of the Earth-like planet where Mario and his friends live.
